I enjoy helping make good things better for people. My work focuses on improving workflows, protecting sensitive information, and making complex systems easier to understand and use. My interest in cybersecurity comes from wanting to help organizations identify risks, protect information, and build systems people can use correctly and confidently. UX design, data analytics, cybersecurity, automation, AI tools, process improvement, training content, and front-end basics are the pillars I bring to the table as a sidekick — helping turn insights into action and make complex systems feel effortless.
Business Problem: They were a growing dermatology group with a few locations. They needed an attractive patient-facing website. However, DIY solutions weren't working. In addition, options for building a website were limited.

Business Problem: A volunteer organization needed a way to gather, store, and track information for hundreds of volunteers assisting with three large annual events. Departments manually submitted volunteer lists in inconsistent formats, leading to inaccurate data transfer and inefficiencies.

Business Problem: A medical equipment organization needed to communicate important insurance compliance details to thousands of CPAP respiratory patients annually. Due to limited staffing, in-person or direct virtual contact was not always feasible. Additionally, messages needed to comply with PHI security regulations.
